MISSION

We produce ingots with diameter 2, 3, 4, 5, 5.5, 6 and 6,5 inches in quantities up to 5 000 kg per month for semiconductor and solar application. Basic parameters of silicon ingots are shown in Specification 1.

We produce wafers with diameter 50.8, 76.2, 100, 125, 150mm in quantities up to 30 000 pcs per month. Our basic parameters meet the SEMI M1 95 standard and are shown in Specification 2.

We are also make and ship lapped and etched wafers and wafers for production of Solar Cells (Specification 3) are possible.

At company warehouse are available silicon ingots and wafers which are shown in Specification 4.
